Yin Yoga takes a meditative approach to the practice of asana, affecting the myofacial tissues of the body.  Libby teaches Yin Yoga while relating how postures have an effect on the energetic meridians lines and how they are related to the science of traditional Eastern Medicine, as learned from her teacher,  Josh Summers, of Boston Massachusetts.  Class may involve a meditative or seasonal focus as a suggested mindful way to experience as one remains in the postures for an extended time, deeply penetrating the soft tissues, joints and subtle body.
